Personal-use license

The short version: buy once and use it for yourself and your household as much as you like. Please don't share, resell or post the files.
Every HomeBase Paper Co. download (printables, spreadsheets and bundles) comes with this personal-use license. It's the same license printed in the README file inside your download.
You can
- Print as many copies as you and your household need, at home or at a print shop.
- Write on the pages by hand or in a tablet app such as GoodNotes or Notability.
- Edit the spreadsheets: rename categories, add rows and adapt them to your life.
- Keep backup copies on your own computer, phone and cloud storage.
- Use the Small Business Income & Expense Tracker to run your own business's books.
- Give the files to someone as a gift, as long as you don't keep using them yourself (see gifting).
Please don't
- Share, email, upload or post the files, or links to them, for other people to use.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, edited or not.
- Sell printed copies or include the files in products, courses or client work.
- Claim the designs as your own or remove our branding to pass them off as yours.
- Upload the files to template marketplaces, file-sharing sites or AI training datasets.
Who owns the designs
HomeBase Paper Co. keeps the copyright in all designs, layouts, text and spreadsheet structures. Buying a file gives you a license to use it as described above; it doesn't transfer ownership. The information you write or type into the files is yours.
Teachers, coaches, groups and businesses
If you'd like to use our files with a class, a client group, a workplace or a nonprofit, email us at homebasepaperco@mail.grokbot.com before you share them. We're happy to talk about it.
If the license ends
The license ends if an order is refunded, or if the files are used in a way this page doesn't allow.
