Terms of sale and use

The short version: you're buying a digital file for your own household, delivered instantly through Payhip. If something's wrong we'll make it right under our refund policy. Our planners are organizing tools, not professional advice.
These terms apply when you use homebasepaperco.com ("the site") or buy a digital product from HomeBase Paper Co. ("we", "us"), a small family business based in Frisco, Texas. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our refund policy, personal-use license and privacy policy.
1. What we sell
We sell digital downloads: printable PDFs, spreadsheets (.xlsx) and bundles of them. Each product page describes what's included, the file formats and the paper sizes, and shows real pages from the file. Nothing is shipped.
Some products on the site, such as tees, mugs and paperback books, are sold and shipped by other companies (Redbubble, TeePublic and Amazon). When you buy those, you're buying from that company under its terms, and it handles payment, delivery and returns. See shipping and delivery.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are set by us; Payhip's checkout shows the final amount, including any tax that applies, before you pay. Checkout is provided by Payhip, and payments are processed by our payment provider (currently PayPal, which accepts PayPal balances and debit or credit cards). We never see your full card number. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already placed. Bundle savings are calculated from the current single-item prices.
3. Delivery
After payment you're taken to your download page and Payhip emails you a receipt with the download link. If you can't find it, see order help or email us and we'll resend it. Please enter your email address carefully at checkout; we're happy to correct a typo.
4. Your license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for yourself and your household, as described on our license page. We keep the copyright in our designs.
5. Refunds
Our refund policy explains when we fix, replace or refund a digital order. In short: tell us within 14 days if a file is faulty or not as described.
6. Not professional advice
Our planners, spreadsheets and articles are general organizing tools and education. They aren't financial, tax, legal or medical advice, and they don't replace a qualified professional. Spreadsheets calculate only from the numbers you enter, so please check important figures yourself.
7. Using the site
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. Articles, images and designs on the site are ours (or used with permission) and may not be copied for commercial use. You're welcome to link to any page and to pin our images to Pinterest with a link back. Some links are affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure.
8. Liability
We work hard to make every file accurate and useful, and we'll always fix a genuine problem. To the extent the law allows, the products and site are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
