Instantly. After you pay on Payhip's secure checkout you go straight to your download page, and Payhip emails you a receipt with the same download link (from contact@payhip.com). Nothing is shipped, and there's no account to create.

First check your Spam, Junk and Promotions folders and search your inbox for "contact@payhip.com". If it isn't there, the email address may have had a typo at checkout. Email us at homebasepaperco@mail.grokbot.com with your name and roughly when you ordered, and we'll correct the address and resend your receipt and download link, usually within one business day. Yes. Keep the Payhip receipt email: its download link keeps working, so you can download again on a new computer or phone. If the page ever says you've used up your download attempts, click "Reset download credits" on that page and enter the email you used at checkout. If that doesn't work, email us and we'll reset it for you.

No. Checkout only asks for your email address (that's where the download link goes) and your payment details.

Checkout runs on Payhip, a secure checkout used by thousands of independent creators. You can pay with PayPal or a debit or credit card, and prices are in US dollars. We never see or store your full card number.

Yes. Tap "Add to cart" on any product, keep shopping, then check out once on Payhip and get every file in one receipt. If your cart contains most of a bundle, the cart shows you when the bundle is the cheaper option.

A .zip is a folder squeezed into one file so everything downloads together. On Windows, right-click it and choose "Extract All". On a Mac, double-click it. On an iPhone or iPad, tap it in the Files app. On Android, open it in the Files app and tap "Extract".

Yes. Email us within 14 days with your receipt and we'll refund a duplicate purchase, or help you swap to the right item. See our refund policy.

Printables come as PDFs in both US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4. Spreadsheets come as an .xlsx file that opens in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, plus a "Start Here" PDF guide. The Family Recipe Binder also includes a fillable PDF you can type into. We don't sell Canva templates. Each product page lists its exact files under "Files and formats".

Yes. Upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive, open it, then choose File > Save as Google Sheets. They also open directly in Microsoft Excel (desktop, web or mobile). Apple Numbers can open .xlsx files, but we design and test in Excel and Google Sheets, so those are the ones we support.

Yes, in the Excel or Google Sheets app. A computer makes the first setup (adding your categories and amounts) much easier; after that, updating on your phone works well.

Yes. You type into the cream-colored cells and the formulas do the math. You can rename categories and add rows. There are no macros or add-ons, so nothing asks for special permissions.

The printables are designed to print and fill in by hand, or to write on in a tablet app. The Family Recipe Binder also includes a fillable PDF you can type into. If you'd like to type into a page, the spreadsheet version of a tool is usually the best fit.

No. Our printables are undated, so you can start in any month and reprint pages whenever you need them.

Choose US Letter if you're in the US or Canada and A4 almost everywhere else. Both are included with every printable, so you don't have to decide before you buy.

Both. Print at home on any inkjet or laser printer, or take the PDF to a local print shop for heavier paper or binding; your personal-use license covers that. Print at 100% or "Actual size" (not "Fit to page") so the margins line up. For a binder that lasts, 24 to 32 lb (90 to 120 gsm) paper works well, and printing double-sided saves paper on longer binders.

Yes. Import the PDF into GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo or any PDF app that lets you write on pages, and fill it in with an Apple Pencil or stylus. They are print-first layouts, so they don't have clickable tabs like a hyperlinked digital planner.

As many times as your own household needs. Reprint a page every month or start fresh next year; there's no limit for personal use.

Use them for yourself and your own household: print them as often as you need, write on them, and adapt the spreadsheets to your life. Please don't share, resell or post the files, in whole or in part. The plain-English version is on our license page.

Each purchase is for one household. If someone outside your home would like it, the kind thing is to send them the link to the product, or buy it as a gift.

Yes. That tracker is made to run your own small business's books. What the license doesn't allow is reselling or redistributing our templates, or giving copies to clients or students. Email us if you'd like to ask about another use.

We'll make it right. If a file won't open, is missing pages, or isn't what the listing described, email us within 14 days of your order and we'll fix or replace it, or refund you in full if we can't. Because downloads can't be returned, we don't offer refunds simply for a change of mind, which is why every product page shows the real pages inside before you buy. Payhip doesn't hold payments or issue refunds itself, so the request comes to us, and we reply within 1 to 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and the download link stops working once the refund is made.

No. Our planners and spreadsheets are organizing tools that help you keep track of your own information. For decisions about debt, taxes, wills or care, please talk to a qualified professional.

Yes. Buy it as usual, then forward your Payhip receipt email to the person you're gifting; the download link in it works for them. The license then belongs to their household instead of yours. For a printed gift, print the pages, punch them and slip them into a binder with a bow. Our gift guide has ideas by person.

Returns and exchanges are handled by the partner you ordered from, under their policy. At the time of writing, both Redbubble and TeePublic accept requests within 30 days of the expected delivery date (until January 31 for orders placed in November or December), replace items that arrive damaged or defective, and offer size exchanges on most apparel.
